It’s a perfect recipe for when you want something sweet but don’t feel like the chocolate hangover that comes from eating an entire bar of Cadburys. This is much more satisfying and much better for you.
Prep and cooking time: overnight + 10 mins prep
- 2 tbsp chia Seeds
- 200ml Coconut milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Fruit to top
- In a bowl, mix chia seeds, coconut milk, cocoa powder and maple syrup.
- Cover with cling wrap, and place in fridge overnight to allow chia seeds to absorb the fluid.
- Serve the following day, topped with fresh fruit.
